Dr. Roger W. Mills

Roger is Emeritus Professor of Finance & Accounting at Henley Business School, University of Reading. He has a PhD in Finance, a Masters in Management Studies (MBA) & a 1st degree in Psychology, Sociology & Economics. He is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant.

He has been a consultant to many companies around the World. He has worked extensively with banks & financial institutions in France, UK & Scandinavia.

Roger was a founding member of a group that secured a successful AIM listing on the London Stock Exchange for a dotcom company in the late 1990s.
