Steve Mills is a well-known figure in project finance. Until he decided to devote himself to training, development work and writing in the area of project finance, he was Head of Oil and Gas Project Finance for RBS in the City of London. Steve is a career project finance banker with 30 years of experience in lending and advisory work. Before joining RBS he headed oil and gas and wider project finance teams at Sumitomo Bank and Commerzbank.
