We have been delivering online training for many years and know how to ensure the interaction is the same as if you were in a classroom.
The trainer will share his screen to allow you to follow the training session, which will be very practical. Our trainer will include polls, group work, exercises, discussions and breaks.
The course will be 50% pre-recorded, on-demand material that can be accessed at the delegates preferred time. 50% will be delivered ‘live’ with the trainer – timings of this will be flexible in order to best meet the requirements of the demographics of the delegates.
You will be able to ask questions, give feedback and participate in the practical sessions. Class sizes will be capped to ensure every delegate will be guaranteed quality time with the trainer.

PROFESSOR DR ROGER W. MILLS PhD, MSc, BTech (Hons), Cert Ed, MColl, FCMA, FCIS, FCT
Roger Mills is Emeritus Professor of Finance and Accounting at Henley Business School, University of Reading. He was for Professor of Finance and Accounting at Henley Management College (now Henley Business School) and subsequently a Professor of Finance at the VU University, Amsterdam.
Roger has consulted to numerous financial institutions, companies and other organisations in many countries around the World. He has worked extensively on private equity, venture capital and private debt assignments with banks, consultancies, financial institutions, development banks, foundations, sovereign funds, LPs and GPs.
Roger has a unique blend of academic and business experience. From his academic studies, all undertaken part-time whilst working, he has a PhD in Finance, a Masters in Management Studies (MBA) and a first degree in Psychology, Sociology and Economics. During the professional part of his career he qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant, a Company Secretary and a Corporate Treasurer. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
During his career Roger has written numerous articles and many books, the most recent co-written with Dr Peter Clark, Masterminding the Deal.
