The course includes three practical sessions: Forecasting corporate cash flows; Implementation analysis; Financing. Plus, in addition to these exercises, you will review models that illustrate a range of issues, encompassing the sectors of MBOs, venture capital and limited recourse financings.

• A 36MB model for a $20 Billion petrochemicals project, involving a refinery, cracker, utilities complex, and 42 downstream petrochemical plants
• A model for the construction and chartering of 4 LNG vessels
• A model for valuing acquisitions by a UK food processing company
• A pricing model for a UK power generation company
