How do you know if your booking has been received?
We will confirm your booking within 4 working days by sending an invoice (please inform us when booking if address is different).

What happens if you have to cancel?
If you are unable to attend and let us know in writing 30 days or more before the course there will be an administration charge of 10% of your course fee.

Between this date and 20 working days before the date of the course there will be a charge of 50% of the course fee. Thereafter, full payment is required, but a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge.

The cancellation policy is necessary owing to the strict limitation on attendance numbers.

What is the timetable?
You are welcome to arrive on day one of the course from 8.30am. Courses start promptly at 9.00am and finish at approximately 5.30pm. (unless we notify you of a change in timing).

Where will the course take place?
All IFF courses are held in central London. The venue will be confirmed on booking. The majority of our courses will be held at our Training Centre.

On-line Hotel Reservation
IFF have appointed hotel booking specialist IBR, to arrange accommodation on behalf of delegates attending IFF training courses in London. To reserve hotel accommodation at preferential rates please complete the on-line booking form.

Please note: If you have not received confirmation of your registration before the event, please telephone us to make sure we have registered your booking. With variable postal conditions, your registration form or our confirmation details may have been held up.

Whilst IFF fully endeavour to adhere to the training programmes listed in this catalogue, circumstances do occasionally arise which necessitate changes to either published course dates or course content. You will receive full notification of any changes at the time of booking. Should you be already booked on a course you will be informed at least 14 working days prior to the commencement of the course in question.
